Position Overview: Glazier / Installer
As a Glazier / Installer, you’ll be the face of our company during the final stage of product fulfillment—installation. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and creating a positive experience in our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all job materials for accuracy, proper sizing, style, and any defects before installation
- Safely load materials, tools, paperwork, and safety equipment into the company vehicle
- Communicate with both the office and customer regarding any changes or delays to the appointment schedule
- Confirm installation details on-site, including scope of work, materials, location, and customer expectations
- Complete installations efficiently and professionally; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site as needed
- If a job cannot be completed, document all issues clearly, communicate with the office, and help plan for follow-up service
- Maintain a clean and respectful work environment inside the customer’s home or business (e.g., using protective coverings)
- Educate customers on product care, maintenance, and warranties; explain how to reach us for future service needs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in residential glass installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and maneuver 50–100 lbs unassisted
Preferred Skills
- Experience with residential glass replacement (single/double-pane windows, shower enclosures, skylights)
- Window/door installation (both new construction and retrofit)
- Weatherproofing and repair of windows and doors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
